NAHA infuses Mediterranean influenced American cuisine in aesthetically, understated confines. Chef Carrie Nahabedian hones her expertise from the Four Seasons (Beverly Hills and Santa Barbara) to the River North quarters.
Locally grown produce is the cornerstone of Nahabedian’s creations.
With camembert, manchego or an artisanal blue cheese, enclosed in a toasted, onion-brioche, the half-pound NAHA burger exceeds the traditional. On the main side of the menu, distinctive recommendations run the gamut.
During a recent visit, the wild Alaskan Halibut bedecked in a fondant of blue crab alongside king trumpet mushrooms stood out amongst other haute selections, such as the roasted Becker Lane pork chops and farm raised roasted quail—-to name a few. A stunning wine program along with polished and engaged service complement the dining experience.
